Modern showroom for FORD automobiles, workshop, and head office for SEMC. In 2016 a separate workshop was built at Kolonistenweg, and in 2019 a much larger new showroom was built at Kernkampweg. The building still serves as the company’s head office and is now dedicated to the company’s HITACHI heavy equipment dealership.
