Renovation of a Monumental building and modern office extension

Restoration of a monumental building for office use. Valuable interior elements will be retained, like the front door, the stairs, glass details, etc.

The client of this project needs more office space than is available in the existing monumental building, and therefore a modern extension has been designed at the back.

This extension is mostly on the 2nd floor. The ground floor is reserved for parking. To maximize the number of parking places, a mechanical parking system is planned.
