Private Residence in Commewijne

Mrs. and Mr. Van den Bergh had lived for more than 20 years in one of the SURALCO company staff houses at Paranam. After Mr. Van den Bergh’s retirement, they eventually had to leave. They bought a terrain at Palm village in Commewijne and commissioned KDV to design a copy of the house there.
