For the upcoming oil & gas development in Suriname, this case study is made for a potential business center that includes; an office tower, a hotel, and a convention center.
The plot is alongside the Suriname river.

The idea is to design a nice boulevard alongside the river which benefits not only the people who work there but also visitors.
This will also be a valuable development for the neighborhood.
